March 2026 News Update
After a truly dismal winter of endless grey and rain, spring is underway. Despite the lack of sunlight to drive growth, plants are starting to grow and bloom.
From December until recently our time has been spent dealing with a number of things including flooding; keeping the shared foot and cycle path clear of leaves, mud and over-hanging branches and of course litter picking. Now with the re-appearance of Shandy’s Brook flora and fauna, we can turn to more enjoyable tasks.
Here are some photographs to give you an idea of how rewilding can transform even the smallest space for the benefit of nature and the environment in the built-up area of Horsham.
